The American Urological Association (AUA) is seeking nominations for the Practice Guidelines Committee (PGC). The AUA advocates for a diverse and inclusive environment within the association, as well as the global urology community. The Diagnosis of Priapism: an AUA/SMSNA Guideline (2022)
This Guideline provides a clinical framework for the diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment (non-surgical and surgical) of acute ischemic priapism, NIP, recurrent ischemic priapism, and priapism in patients with sickle cell disease. The treatment of patients with a prolonged erection following intracavernosal vasoactive medication is also included.

Diagnosis and Treatment Interstitial Cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome (2022)
The purpose of this clinical guideline is to provide a clinical framework for the diagnosis and treatment of interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS), including a discussion of treatments that should and should not be offered.
