International Membership Eligibility and Requirements

Eligible applicants for International Membership must be:

• a urologist (Doctor of Medicine degree or equivalent) actively practicing outside the United States, Canada, Mexico or Central America
• a member of their national urological society

A letter from the national urological association in your country confirming your membership typed or printed clearly in English on letterhead and a $50 application fee is required as part of the application (click here for a sample template). If your country of residence does not have a national urological association please submit a copy of your Curriculum Vitae to satisfy this requirement.
